About me

I offer 1-on-1 and online coaching specialising in general fitness, strength & conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, and powerlifting — for anyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

I've trained across general fitness, CrossFit, and competitive weightlifting, and I bring that experience into every program I write. As the 2024 National Champion in Olympic Weightlifting, I combine real performance experience with coaching that's practical, supportive, and built around you.

We work on strength, movement quality, energy levels, and consistency. No intimidation, no one-size-fits-all plans — just smart, progressive training built around who you are and where you want to go.

Cancel more than 24h in advance — no charge.
Cancel within 24h — €10 fee.
No-show — session is forfeited.

10-session packs

Both contracts include 10 sessions. The contract duration determines how long you have to complete them — 1 or 3 months.
