I've trained across general fitness, CrossFit, and competitive weightlifting, and I bring that experience into every program I write. As the 2024 National Champion in Olympic Weightlifting, I combine real performance experience with coaching that's practical, supportive, and built around you.

Both contracts include 10 sessions. The contract duration determines how long you have to complete them — 1 or 3 months.
